Jeans - Ralph Lauren
Shoes - Topshop
Watch - Michael Kors
Skull Bracelet - Amazon

Okay so when I said I'd schedule more outfit posts I did truly mean it. It's just that work gets in the way and my photographer aka brother, is extremely stubborn when it comes to taking photos. Nevertheless I have a simple outfit for you today. You may have seen this top in my recent haul which is from River Island, it's quite colourful so I paired it with simple skinnies and my new favourite shoes - the renowned Topshop slip ons. No need for a jacket or jumper at the moment because for once, the weather in england is actually mildly warm and sunny. Yes. I repeat. Sunny. So it's time to whack out the Raybans at the moment until it starts chucking it down again. Oh good old english weather.

Bits I Bought: March

Croc Slip Ons - Topshop
Blue Tiger Top - River Island
Grey Tee - Primark
Tigers Jersey - Primark
Locals Jersey - Topshop
Navy Shirt - Zara
Bourjois Healthy Mix - Boots
MAC 'Russian Red' Lipstick c/o Lauren's Giveaway

'I'm not gonna spend' I said. 'I've got no money' I said. Well that went down the drain this week didn't it? My spending ban has been going strong recently, but I just couldn't resist the temptation to splurge this week at my local shopping centre. I've been dying to get these croc slip ons for so long and I had to give in, not the most comfortable pair of shoes I own but I'm sure I'll break them in soon. Similarly to the Topshop jersey which I spotted in half term, can't wait to whack this out in a few weeks when the sun decides to stay with us. And yes, I finally bought one of the most raved about foundations in the blogosphere. Bourjois Healthy Mix. Can't wait to try it out after reading kazillions of reviews on it. Have you tried it before? P.S. Apologies for the variation in lighting in the photos. Like I mentioned earlier, the sun doesn't know whether it wants to stay or not yet.

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural

This has been one of my favourite powders for years now along with my Rimmel Stay Matte. Okay so it's not cheap (£22) when compared with drugstore powders but it's my holy grail powder for me to set my foundation with. It provides a low coverage which means it's great to use over foundation but you have to be careful to use a light hand otherwise it can look cakey. It gives a natural matte finish and lasts quite a while but I do feel the need to top up in the day. There are a range of colours as with all MAC face products but I stick with 'medium' and then in the summer if I'm tanned which is extremely rare, then I will stretch to a 'medium plus'.

Repurchase? Yes.

Superdry Beauty? My Thoughts on the Superdry Highlighter

I was a bit skeptical at first about Superdry makeup, was the product worth the price? This highlighter was £12 I think so I'd say that's pretty expensive when comparing to the MeMeMe highlighters which sell at around a fiver each. The colour is a light pearly pinky colour which gives a really nice subtle shimmer to the face. The formula comes in a nail varnish bottle with a brush for easy application, although I tend to put it on the back of my hand first and then apply to my face with my ring finger. The tiniest amount of product is needed as it's so pigmented and a thick liquid formula so you really don't want to apply much to your face. I do quite like this highlighter but it is a lot of effort if you're in a rush and I don't think it's worth the money.

Repurchase? No.

As we're approaching exam season and I need to get my arse in gear and working, I've decided to cut down how much I'll be posting. So now I'm gonna be scheduling my posts for every wednesday and sunday - don't forget to check in! Also go and check out Hannah's blog for lifestyle, food and beauty posts, it's a good'un trust me!
