There’s one brush brand that we all know and love and that ladies and gentlemen is Real Techniques. Their affordable yet high quality brushes have impressed us all and I don’t know one beauty blogger who doesn’t own any of their products! Today I’m sharing with you my top five Real Techniques brushes and why I love them. Enjoy!
Expert Face Brush.
I’ve used this brush religiously since it came out and I think I’ll continue to use it until the bristles all fall out! It’s dense which makes it perfect for buffing in my foundation and smaller than the Buffing Brush so it fits my face much better.
I didn’t really get on with the Powder Brush from Real Techniques as I found it too big so instead I started using the Blush Brush to apply powder. It’s the right size for my face and doesn’t apply too much product so I look cakey and I think it’s only a tenner.. Bargain?!
Deluxe Crease Brush.
This is such a versatile brush and I just don’t know what I’d do without it, as dramatic as that sounds! I use it for concealer as it’s a dense dome shape so it blends like a dream. My only criticism about this that it’s not sold individually which is a bit of a bummer as I’d love to repurchase a few more but I can’t!
Flat Contour Brush (review here).
I recently wrote a review on this brush which is essentially a paragraph of me rambling about how much I love it. It’s an unusual shape brush for the drugstore but it’s the perfect addition to your brush collection if you’re expanding!
This is the brush I take around with me everywhere. It’s great for little powder top ups because it’s so small and nifty so it doesn’t take up a lot of space in your bag. I tend to use this for blending in under eye concealer and applying highlighter but it’s such a versatile brush so it’s good for anything.
Next on my Real Techniques wishlist is the Miracle Complexion Sponge which I’ve heard incredible things about! I’ve also got my eye on a couple of the Bold Metals Collection brushes including the Tapered Blush Brush and the Oval Shadow Brush!
